We are asked to empty and clean a restaurant fryer each night as part of the cleaning that we do 7 days per week. Here is an example of just a standard (not a deep) cleaning of a fryer after a night of cleaning a kitchen. This happens to be in Tennessee. If you compare this to the photo before you will see all the grease is emptied.
