Cleaning Schedules:
We create a customized cleaning schedule for every customer that we service. Below you will find a sample cleaning checklist (which is left behind at the customer’s location and completed each day by the cleaning staff), a sample cleaning, and a description of cleaning tasks (which provides a high-level overview of how certain cleaning tasks are performed). Avian Flu:
Based on our understanding of AIV sources and transmission, the attached task list has been designed to prevent the spread of avian influenza between humans should a pandemic occur. Our company will follow the recommendations of the CDC.

Please reference the enclosed appendices for detailed explanation of our cleaning procedures. These procedures have been adopted from our policies for cleaning health care facilities where we are responsible to help prevent the spread of disease.

Sample Request for Proposal:
We are often asked by customers to assist them with creating a RFP for janitorial services. The attached RFP was completed for a large educational institution that we clean regularly. We would be more than happy to provide this document in a Word document should you wish to make edits for your own purpose.

Professional Cleaning Equipment Benefits:
Too many companies rely on antiquated equipment to clean office buildings. We know that the only way to effectively clean a building or your size is by employing the following equipment.

• Micro-fiber cloths: the tiny strands and electrostatic charge in a micro-fiber allows you to reach into cracks and crevices and remove dirt rather than push it around.
  
• Micro-fiber dust mops: traps dirt and debris rather than spreading it
  
• Micro-fiber flat mops: dirty grout and floors is caused by spreading dirty mop water. This moping system never allows dirty mop water to touch a floor because the heads are stored in clean water and replaced when they become soiled. Furthermore, string mops push the water into the grout while the micro-fiber flat mop’s looped fibers grab and drag the dirt out.
