Class A, Class B and Class C Commercial Office Space Cleaners

Commercial Office Cleaning Services

As with any area of the United States of America, Inland Empire is an area with its own commercial office areas. People who work in these offices tend to make a mess around and in office spaces. Naturally, in this regard, commercial office cleaning services are needed to clean up the mess created by office workers. Experts say that the commercial office real estate market in the Inland Empire is making a comeback. This means that the mess these offices create, a new demand for cleaning services is brewing. Commercial Janitorial services can help you with these cleaning services. These services can be on the spot or there can be an agreed-upon time by both parties (the office and the cleaning service). Let us see what parts of the office space have to be cleaned.

Floor cleaning:

Our first step when we arrive to clean any office inside the Inland Empire is to clean up their floors. The greatest mess tends to be in this part of the office. We can do it a range of different ways but the most usual method is this: We arrive at the scene (when on a monthly basis). If the floor is hard (i.e not carpet or something like that) then we use either spray buffing on the floors or floor burnishers to bring the shine of the floor back to it.

All of this is done when vacuuming has already be done. Floor burnishers are a type of machines that use floor burnishing (polishing) pads to restore the floor back to its former glory. Similarly, spray buffing has the same effects but here floor finish is used in a machine that has matching bristles to clean the floor. For Inland Empire, it is the best way to clean scuff marks and other things found on the floor. No wonder we use these methods to do the floor cleaning for an office and the end result is great due to either of the methods we use.

Carpet cleaning:

It might still be related to floors but the surface of the affected area is soft when a carpet is decorating the office floor. Naturally, instead of any kind of burnishing for carpet cleaning, hot-water extraction or dry steaming is used.

Hot-water extractions begin with pre-conditioning. Acidic agents are poured in case of naturally-sourced carpets and alkaline solutions are used in case the carpet that has to be cleaned is artificially-sourced. Afterward, scrubbing is done with a bristled brush all over the carpet that is intended to be cleaned. The solutions mentioned above brings the carpet's residual ph to a better level (makes them strong).

Next up, the carpet is rinsed with a process called wanding (a wand is a tool that rinses the solution that was poured before). It is especially needed for the hot weather of the San Bernardino area as the alkaline or acidic solutions can have unwanted side-effects when reacting to hot temperature.

Right after wanding (or rinsing as we may call it), the most important process called extraction is initiated. This process essentially removes all the marks and things found in the carpet. These things are rapidly extracted by the way of adding hot water and then all of it being is extracted by a vacuum.

Dry steaming is another way of doing carpet cleaning, which involves the addition of dry compounds and application cleaning solutions. When these are added, very low moisture systems are used on the carpet that is intended to be cleaned. Again, we can use either of these methods to clean the carpets of the office to bring them to an immaculate level.

Power Washing of walls and windows:

To greatly increase the cleanliness of the floors and carpets we then power wash. Buildings of the Inland Empire are usually small (not more than 200ft) then hanging cradles are not needed for exterior cleaning of the office. We just use high-powered surface cleaners for the interior/exterior walls and windows of the office space. We do use drop-line harnesses for a little higher building of an office. This way the inside and outside of the office looks like a new thing when Commercial Janitorial cleans them.

Trash-hauling and Lavatories’ cleaning:

On the spot, trash hauling is done when we are done with the power washing around the office. No extra waste will be seen when we have cleaned the office space.

Lavatories' cleaning ends up being our last job. We do this just like any washing/cleaning of the usual restrooms that are done in any other place. We do use a detergent that is abiding by green rules and are of non-acidic or alkaline solutions.
