It was brought to my attention that the Gilbert tile was looking pretty bad, so I went out to take a few pictures and I have to agree. As you can see, the tile itself looks really dirty and there appears to almost be a dull film on them. It give a patchy appearance, especially when the sun is hitting it. I know that we have the floors on a maintenance program where they are to be deep cleaned every six months. Could you tell me the last time they cleaned Gilbert and also what was used? The appearance looks different than all other locations, so not sure if something different was used. I know they have been waxing the floors for a shiny appearance, but if we are going to do that, we need to ensure they stay shiny. It appears as though the tile may need to be stripped and resealed to make the appearance good again. Please let me know what we can do.
